We will be performing a manual failover on one of our databases because of mandatory maintenance by our hosting provider (Amazon). This maintenance includes patches to improve security, reliability, and performance of this database. During the failover, ProcedureFlow will be unavailable to all customers.

We anticipate that the failover should complete in less than 5 minutes (according to our tests and Amazon). However, there is always the possibility that it takes longer. We will provide updates during the maintenance. If you have any questions, please contact us at help@procedureflow.com.
