DNS and TLS (SSL) switchover for app.procedureflow.com
Scheduled Maintenance Report for ProcedureFlow
We have completed the scheduled maintenance.

Some customers are still connecting to the old IP which could be a symptom of DNS caching. ProcedureFlow will continue to be accessible via the old IP for at least a week. We will continue to monitor usage of the old IP and reach out to any customers that are still using it after 24 hours.

We will be performing an infrastructure switchover to support the reliability, availability, and security of ProcedureFlow. During the switchover, ProcedureFlow will continue to be available. We do not anticipate any customers to be impacted.

We will be changing our TLS (SSL) certificate and DNS record for "app.procedureflow.com" from a single IP address ( to a large pool of IP addresses. This change will be rolled out gradually to all users over a few hours. During this time we will monitor for any issues and rollback the change if necessary.

Get your IT team to check if there are any hard-coded DNS records for "app.procedureflow.com". Otherwise, the switchover should occur without issues. If you have any questions, please contact us at help@procedureflow.com.
